Get a clear recommendation
1. Schedule your TeleHealth visit
Click Schedule your TeleHealth Visit and answer a few questions about your pet and their current status.
You will receive a confirmation email with details about how to connect with the Licensed Veterinary Technician in a video call at your scheduled visit time.
2. Connect with the Licensed Veterinary Technician
Find your confirmation email that was sent to you when you scheduled your visit and locate the “Join Now” link. Simply click the link at your scheduled visit time to be connected with the Veterinary Technician!
You may be asked about your pet’s age, medical history, appetite, breathing, energy level, bathroom habits, medications, and how long the symptoms have been going on.
3. Get a clear recommendation
Based on the information you provide and the Veterinary Technician’s observation of your pet during the call, we’ll help you understand the best next step. That may include:
- Seeking emergency care right away
- Scheduling a same-day or next-day appointment
- Monitoring your pet at home with clear instructions
- Contacting your regular Noah’s Ark location
- Following up if symptoms change or worsen
You will receive a visit summary with the recommendations of our Licensed Veterinary Technician following your visit. This is for your reference and records. Noah’s Ark will also maintain a copy with your pet’s medical record.

Before your TeleHealth visit
To make the visit as helpful as possible, please have:
- Your pet nearby
- If using your phone or tablet, download the Google Meet App. If using a computer, you do not need an app to conduct your video call.
- A list of medications or supplements
- Photos or videos of the concern, if helpful
- Notes about when symptoms started
Not sure if it’s serious?
That’s exactly what Noah’s Ark TeleHealth service is for! We’ll help you decide whether your pet needs urgent care now or whether it may be safe to wait for an appointment.
DO NOT book a telehealth visit and seek immediate care if your pet is displaying any of the following symptoms: Loss of consciousness • Difficulty breathing • Inability to urinate • Active seizures • Severe blood loss • Sudden bloated abdomen • Collapse
